Most orders will only take 8 working days to arrive however this can vary, and delivery costs will also vary depending on what goods have been ordered.
A signature will be required upon delivery.
We’ll deliver direct to you, to your customer or to site.
All items are checked before they leave our warehouse to ensure that the packaging is intact, and no damage is visible to the item(s) ordered. Our damage rate is extremely low.
We also check the products when we deliver them to you with you or your fitter present, for any damage. If the customer is not present at time of delivery, then it will be taken that whoever signs for the items is authorised to do so by the customer. You will be required to sign for the items having been received in perfect condition once we have all checked the goods. If any damage is noted at this point, then the item(s) can be returned with the driver and replacements brought to you.
After you have taken delivery and accepted the goods we will not accept any claims for damaged goods after this point. All manufacturers warranties are still valid.
