What is The Chrome Company Ltd refund policy?

We operate a no quibble Full refund 7 day returns policy, Items wanting to be returned should be unused, and unopened and in a saleable condition, with their original packaging and with all component parts. All goods must be in a new and unused condition. Please contact The Chrome Company Ltd on 01481 266811 or Email The Chrome Company Ltd quoting your original invoice number you will then be provided with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. WE will then e-mail you a Returns Form and you must fill this in and enclose with the returned goods. You should include your invoice and a completed returns form.

All items will be subject to a handling charge and admin fee and carriage charges will apply.

No goods are excepted back after 7 days.

Made to Measure Products

You must supply all measurements for such items, via an order which can be in an email format. Once manufactured and delivered, if you have provided incorrect dimensions then that is 100% your responsibility and no refund will be given.

In the first instance please call 01481 266811 as soon as possible to log the return request.

There are 2 types of returned items

– Goods with a manufacturing fault

If you feel your product has a manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately and we will either:

a. Arrange for an engineer from the manufacturing company to visit your home to fix or replace the item. However if the engineer visit finds an installation fault, rather than a manufacturing fault, you will be charged a call out fee, you can then recover this cost from your installer.
b. Arrange a replacement item for you and collection of the faulty item.

Goods without a manufacturing fault

If you simply do not need or want the product, we are happy to accept returns, as long as they have not been damaged or been used. Goods must be returned in a perfect re-saleable condition with all original packaging undamaged. See our returns section or the section above this.

Are your products brand new and in original packaging?

All our products are brand new, original products in their original packaging – unless otherwise stated.

I have a complaint, what do I do?

Whilst we make every effort to offer an efficient service occasionally mistakes are made, we will endeavor to resolve the complaint within five working days. Your complaint will be treated fairly, confidentially and with respect.
